Notice of Summer Holiday Closure

Please be advised that our office will be closed for the summer holidays during the following period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25a0 Holiday Period: August 9 (Saturday) \u2013 August 17 (Sunday), 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For Service Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your service during the holiday period, please notify us by Monday, August 4.
Please note that while our office will be closed, we can process your cancellation as of a date within the holiday period, if arranged in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regarding Modem Returns:
If you schedule a cancellation during the holiday period, please return your modem either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By Friday, August 8 at our office, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On or after Monday, August 18<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our office will resume normal business hours from August 18 onward.
Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
